Terms of Use
Using This Site
Effective August 2026. Using parlorict.com means you accept these terms. They're short, and they're in plain English on purpose.
What This Site Is For
This site describes the services, retail, and leasing offered by Parlor Beauty & Wellness Collective ("Parlor," "we," "us") and lets you contact us and book appointments. The information here is general. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of results; your plan is built in person, at consultation, for your skin. Appointments, services, and purchases are governed by our posted Policies, which are part of these terms.
Ours Stays Ours
The content of this site: the text, the Parlor name and logo, the artwork, the photographs, and the design, belongs to Parlor or its licensors. You're welcome to read, link to, and share pages. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use the content or marks commercially without written permission.
Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping or bulk collection, no submitting false information through forms, no interfering with the site's operation, and no unlawful use of any kind. We may block access that violates these terms.
Booking & Third-Party Services
Online booking, payments, and some communications run through third-party services we've chosen carefully. Their processing of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. Links to outside sites (for example, our social profiles or product partners) are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content or practices.
No Warranties
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, current, or uninterrupted. Prices, services, and hours may change; obvious errors on the site don't create obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parlor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here changes the responsibilities we owe you in person as our guest, which we take seriously and stand behind.
Independent Tenants
Practitioners of Collective Suites are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Parlor. Pages describing tenants are provided as a directory courtesy; each tenant is responsible for their own services and conduct.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute arising from use of this site belongs in the state or federal courts serving Sedgwick County, Kansas.
Severability & Changes
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. When these terms change, the current version is posted here with a new effective date; continued use of the site means acceptance of the current version.
