Policies
The Fine Print, Plainly
Clear rules protect your appointment, your results, and everyone's time, including yours. Effective August 2026.
Appointments & Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved for you alone. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Guests arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service, which may be treated as a no-show. Repeat no-shows or persistent tardiness will require prepayment for future bookings.
We know life happens. To move an appointment, call (316) 201-6255 as early as you can; the earlier you tell us, the easier it is to take care of you.
Card on File
Online booking requires a card at the time of booking. This is how we keep the calendar honest, and it is the only reason we ask: the card is charged for completed services and under the cancellation policy above, and never otherwise.
Consultations
Advanced skin, laser, and permanent cosmetic services begin with a consultation. This protects your results and your money: you'll leave with an honest plan, real numbers, and no obligation. Certain treatments may require a patch test before a full session; we'll tell you at consultation if yours does.
Health Disclosure
Safe results depend on what we know. Before treatment, tell us about medications and supplements (including aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, antibiotics, and retinoids), skin conditions, allergies, recent or planned sun and tanning exposure, self-tanner use, pregnancy or nursing, and any recent cosmetic procedures. Some of these affect how skin responds to treatment, and some make treatment unsafe on that day.
Undisclosed conditions and medications are the most common cause of poor outcomes. If something changes between booking and your appointment, tell us when you arrive. We'd rather reschedule you than treat you unsafely.
Our Right to Postpone or Decline
We may postpone or decline any service, at any point including mid-appointment, when in our professional judgment it cannot be performed safely or effectively that day: recent sun exposure, an active skin condition, a medication conflict, or anything else that puts your skin at risk. When that happens, we'll explain why and rebook you for the right time. Safety outranks the schedule, every time.
Results & Expectations
We promise honest work, not guaranteed outcomes. Skin is individual: results vary with age, skin type, hormones, health, home care, and consistency with your treatment plan. Laser hair reduction is reduction, not guaranteed permanent removal. Multi-session treatments deliver over the course of the series, not in one visit, and some results require maintenance. Everything we can honestly tell you about expected results, we tell you at consultation.
Age Policy
Guests under 18 require a parent or legal guardian's written consent, and the parent or guardian must remain on premises during the service. Permanent cosmetics and laser services are for guests 18 and over. We may ask for identification.
Guests & Children
Treatment rooms are for the person being treated. For safety around equipment and to protect every guest's quiet, please don't bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless they're required to be there under the age policy above.
Payment, Pricing & Gratuity
Prices are as published on this site and may change; the price quoted at booking or consultation is the price you pay for that plan. Gratuity is never expected and always appreciated.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in any amount, are redeemable for services and products, and are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it. Please treat a gift card like cash: lost or stolen cards can't be replaced.
Refunds & Returns
Services rendered are not refundable; if something about your visit wasn't right, tell us directly and we will make it right the honest way, in person. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt. Opened products can't be returned, for the same hygiene reasons you'd want us to have. If a product causes irritation, stop using it and call us; we'll take care of you.
Laser Season
All laser work happens inside laser season, September 15 to April 15. The season books three to six months ahead, and consultations are available year-round.
Photography & Recording
The premises are under video and audio recording for everyone's security. Please don't photograph or record other guests or practitioners. Your treatment photos are yours: we photograph results only with your written consent, and we never publish a guest's image without it.
Personal Belongings
Please keep valuables with you. We can't be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Respect
This is a calm, professional space and it stays that way. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive, with the cancellation policy applied.
Collective Suites
Practitioners leasing Collective Suites are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Parlor Beauty & Wellness Collective. Each tenant is responsible for their own services, licensing, insurance, scheduling, and payments. Lease terms are provided in writing before any lease begins. General building access for tenants is 7am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday.
Website, Privacy & Communication
Forms on this site collect your name, phone, email, and ZIP code so we can respond to you and keep accurate guest records. We do not sell or share your information, period. By submitting a form or booking online you consent to be contacted about your inquiry or appointment by phone, text, or email; you can opt out of non-appointment messages at any time by telling us once. The building is under video and audio recording for everyone's security.
Information on this site describes our services generally and is not medical advice. Your plan is built in person, at consultation, for your skin. Prices, services, and hours may change, and we correct errors on this page as we find them.
