Look Rested. Feel Recovered.
Ten to fifteen minutes in warm red and near-infrared light. You walk out looking like you slept eight hours and moving like you stretched for an hour.
Red Light 360 · 10 to 15 minutes
What It Does
- Firmer, smoother skin over a series: light that supports collagen, softens fine lines and evens tone and texture, everywhere at once, not just your face.
- Faster recovery from Pilates, barre, a long run or a long day on your feet, with less soreness the next morning.
- Easier joints, and fewer aches and stiffness.
- Better circulation, carrying oxygen and nutrients where your body needs them, and calmer inflammation.
- Energy you can feel, from light that powers up your cells’ energy makers, the mitochondria.
How It Works
Red and near-infrared wavelengths pass through the skin into muscle and tissue, where your mitochondria absorb them. Your cells make more energy (ATP), repair faster and settle inflammation. Red light works at the surface, on skin and collagen; near-infrared goes deeper, into muscle and joints.
What a Visit Is Like
Lie back with light all around you, front and back at once. Light works best on bare skin, so wear what you’re comfortable in; the room is private. Eyewear on, eyes closed, and nothing to recover from afterward: makeup back on, straight back to your day.

The fine print. TheraLight 360’s FDA-cleared intended uses are the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint aches and stiffness, the relaxation of muscle tissue and a temporary increase in local circulation. Other benefits described here reflect the maker’s descriptions and ongoing research on red-light photobiomodulation; results vary and build over a series of sessions. A short screening comes first and eye protection is required. Not medical treatment, and it doesn’t replace care from your doctor. Tell us first if you’re pregnant, sensitive to light, or take a medication that makes you so.
