Recovery & Wellness Circuit

Strength No One Sees. Confidence Everyone Does.

After babies, after forty, after a lifetime of holding it all together, your pelvic floor deserves a workout. This one happens in a chair, fully clothed, in a private room: thousands of deep contractions in a single session.

Pelvic Floor Wellness · 10 to 30 minutes

What It Does

  • Laugh at the joke, sneeze in the meeting, jump on the trampoline with your kids, without crossing your legs first.
  • Fewer sprints to the restroom, and fewer nights up because of one.
  • Strength back after childbirth, and help through menopause, when the pelvic floor needs it most.
  • A stronger core under everything you do, from Pilates to picking up a toddler.
  • And the part no one talks about: more confidence in intimacy.

How It Works

Kegels ask you to find muscles you can barely feel and squeeze them a few hundred times. The chair (Tesla Current, HIFEM) does it for you: focused electromagnetic energy sets off thousands of deep, complete contractions, far stronger than any you can make on your own, and retrains the connection between nerve and muscle as it goes.

What a Visit Is Like

Stay clothed. Stay seated. Read, scroll or close your eyes for ten to thirty minutes, then go straight back to your day. No one needs to know where you’ve been.

Chairs for pairs: bring a friend, your sister or your mother. Men benefit too, so your partner is welcome.

The fine print. A short screening comes first. These sessions support pelvic floor strength and bladder control goals; they don’t diagnose any condition or replace care from your doctor. Not for anyone who is pregnant, or who has a pacemaker or other electronic implant, or metal implants in the pelvic area; the screening covers this. Results vary, and most guests need a series of sessions.
