# The Quiet You Can’t Find at Home

Twenty minutes where nobody needs anything from you. Music moves through the soundbed and into your body, your shoulders let go, your breathing slows, and the to-do list in your head finally goes quiet.

Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy · 20 to 30 minutes

## What It Does

- Switches off the mental load, at least for a while: your body shifts out of fight-or-flight and into rest.

- Calmer nerves that carry into the rest of your day, and the next one.

- Melts the tension you carry in your neck, shoulders and jaw.

- Deeper sleep, often that same night.

- A clearer head, a better mood, and more patience for everyone waiting for you at home.

## How It Works

Transducers built into the bed turn music and low tones into vibration you feel as much as hear. The frequencies are chosen to slow your heart and your breath and coax your nervous system into its resting state. Think of it as a massage for your nerves.

The fine print. Vibroacoustic therapy is a wellness experience, not medical treatment, and it doesn’t replace care from your doctor. Results vary. Tell us first if you’re pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, or have a condition that vibration affects.
